In 1964 Marshall McLuhan said: "The medium is the message."

In 2008 it has become far more than that. It is no longer just a part of our lives, we measure our lives by it, our lives are all but taken over by media.

In 2009 I will limit my time spent "on-line" to approximately half an hour a day. December, time to be in the mood for Best Wishes!
